The correct answer is A.
Search engine spiders love even ugly text-based Web pages! Of course, you don't want to have ugly pages; but pages that include important keywords in the content, ALT tags, and keywords in the header tags get r-e-s-p-e-c-t.
Avoid framesets unless there is a compelling reason to do so. Framed sites reduce the chances of bee-ing indexed by search engine spiders (and with Surfers bee-cause they are hard to index and navigate). Spiders also have trouble indexing content with a large amount of Flash animation (bee-sides, the vast majority of Surfers will not download and install a plug-in to view a Flash site -- they either don't know how, don't want to take the time, or are afraid to do it).
For the most part, a WYSIWYG HTML editor will not affect a search engine ranking, but some WYSIWYG HTML editors will generate bloated code that can increase Web pages' download times. Then there are the compatability issues. For example, Microsoft's FrontPage optimizes its pages' code to work best with their Internet Explorer Web browser and frequently adds HTML code that will not display properly in their competitors' Web browsers. (Surprised?)
If a search engine spider indexes a Web site long enough, it will bee-come hungry. What is a spider's favorite snack?
