Policy StatementThe Beeline is a privately owned and operated Web site of Beeline Publications. Our postal address is 916 South Ballantine Road, Bloomington, IN 47401 USA. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name, but not the e-mail address (whenever possible).
Beeline Publications respects and endeavors to protect the privacy rights of its readers. We collect no information on visitors who access our Web pages. Any information we do collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web pages, used to customize the content and / or layout of our pages for each individual visitor, used to notify visitors about updates to our Web site, used by us to contact visitors for quality assurance purposes and is not shared with other organizations for any purpose. Cookies. Whenever possible, Beeline Publications does not use or set cookies. However, this site uses technologies of third parties that do incorporate the use of cookies for functional and other purposes. Before adopting a third party's technology, we examine their privacy policy for provisions that may not protect our readers' privacy rights adequately. However, we have no control over their use of cookies and cannot monitor or assume responsibility for future changes in their privacy policies.
Children. No form should be filled out by any child without first getting permission by his or her parent or legal guardian. We encourage parents to be with their child(ren) on the Internet and to supervise their child(ren) when submitting any information over the Internet. (See A Parent's Message.)
When contests are sponsored and prizes are awarded by a third party, we will not give a third party any personal information about you received from your contest entry. When a child is a winner, we notify the child's parent(s) or legal guardian. If a third party awards the prize, we will let the parent(s) or legal guardian know that we will bee forwarding their information to the third party so the prize(s) can be sent. Addresses will never be posted in The Beeline without your permission to do so.
Commercial
CommunicationsAll commercial communications and entrepreneurial solicitations are prohibited in The Beeline unless posted by Author or Publisher.
We request that in dealing with commercial suppliers that Reader communicate via electronic mail to avoid any problems that an open message might cause.
We request that promotions of new products and services be submitted in press release format, and e-mailed to publisher@bton.com (Subject: Press Release) so that we have the ability to review the press release and post it if acceptable to Publisher. We do not permit "bombing runs" or "spamming" of advertising for other services or products.
ContentPostings and topics outside the scope of The Beeline are prohibited. Messages which are encoded or encrypted in any way cannot be considered public messages and will be removed. We strongly recommend the use of electronic mail when sending information that is personal or private in nature.
Author and Publisher do not allow the uploading of files that contain vulgar or offensive language or include profanity or any other material deemed unlawful or unsuitable for young children.
Any opinions, findings, and conclusions or recommendations expressed by Web titles listed in The Beeline and on HiveCD are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect the views of Beeline Publications.
Acceptance
PolicyAll advertising, listings, products, services, or hosted material offered by a person to an employee or agent of Beeline Publications is subject to final acceptance by Publisher at any time prior time to publication or distribution. Publisher reserves the right to refund any money paid, to reject any offer to advertise, or to cancel any advertisement, listing and / or link, product, service, or hosted material.
Abbreviations, copy and entire ads are subject to final approval of Publisher or his agent and Beeline Publications reserves the right to reject or revise advertisement, or any portion thereof, which is deemed objectionable or opposed to public policy or the policies of Beeline Publications. The right to classify listings and ads is also reserved.
Intellectual
PropertyTransmitting to The Beeline copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind without the express permission of the right holder is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Library uploads of any nature are prohibited. Reproduction and/or publication, whether knowing or inadvertent, of copyrighted, trademarked or other proprietary material cannot be tolerated.
The Beeline is not a site for the trading, swapping or other transmission of commercial software.
It is the policy of Publisher and Webmaster to reject any file or message which, in our opinion, violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person or which would be abusive, profane or sexually offensive to an average person. In addition, we cannot accept files whose Uploader's name and User ID cannot be verified.
GeneralPromoting or facilitating illegal activities is prohibited. Planning, inciting, promoting or facilitating illegal activities through The Beeline is strictly prohibited.
NamesReader must use real first and last name when submitting requests and listings in The Beeline. Company names may be used by Author, Publisher and principles or agents only when verified and authorized by Publisher.
IndemnificationBy using The Beeline, Reader agrees to indemnify Author, Publisher, Webmaster, and any Internet Service Provider (referred to as ISP herein) for any damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that accrue to Author, Publisher, Webmaster, or ISP as a result of or arising out of Reader's activities in The Beeline including, but not limited to, any claims for violation of any copyright, trademark, or protected material, or any claim of defamation, slander, libel, disparagement or the like.
Limitation
of LiabilityUse The Beeline at your own risk. Author, Publisher, Webmaster, and ISP shall not be liable for any damages or losses which result to Reader from his or her use of, or participation, in The Beeline.
Choice
of Law & ForumBy using The Beeline, Reader agrees that any disputes between Reader and Author, Publisher, Webmaster, and / or ISP will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana (United States of America) for all disputes arising out of or related to the use of The Beeline.

WarrantiesAuthor, Publisher, Webmaster, Web Host, and ISP make no warranty -- expressed or implied -- that access to The Beeline will be available at any particular time; that operation of The Beeline will be uninterrupted or error-free; or that any particular result or information will be obtained. Access to The Beeline is offered on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, other than warranties which are incapable of exclusion, waiver, or restriction under the law applicable hereto.
Note: Author, Publisher, Webmaster, Web Host, and ISP do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any product or service offered through The Beeline and will not be a party to any transaction between Reader and third-party providers of products or services. As with the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, Reader should use their best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate. Author, Publisher, Webmaster, and ISP cannot mediate disputes and cannot assume responsibility for any outcome.
Entire
AgreementThe preceding constitutes the entire agreement between Reader and Author, Publisher, Webmaster, and ISP concerning the use of The Beeline. The operating rules and procedures of The Beeline may change from time to time and such changes will be posted in the What's New area. Only Publisher may change a rule or policy of The Beeline.
