I use the award winners as my place for bookmarks and would not bookmark a page I would not want to return to. As well as I can guess (and this is hardly based on actual statistics) but I believe I only award maybe 1/4 of the pages who submit to me. But only 1 out of 50 is really of Superior Design such as yours. For that award, generally the site must be pretty big because I look for strong content and information plus good design and a very low percentage of technical flaws (dead links or graphics).
